The Internet Archive | Jonathan Minard

The Internet Archive is a non-profit archive whose aim is to construct an Internet library where researchers, historians, students and the general public can freely access the historical collections that exist in digital format. Libraries have always existed to preserve and give access to society’s cultural artefacts that serve us as memory and device for learning from civilization’s successes and failures. The objective of this Archive is to extend its function to the digital world to continue fostering education in this new era of digital technology.
